We thought it would be nice to showcase some of the searches that we've been running for our clients.  So, where are the sellers this week and who are the salespeople representing them?  Check out our findings, for different neighborhoods and price ranges, below.  And remember, the top performing agent, may not always be the best one for you.  So, before trying to navigate an industry with more than 31,000 agents, on your own, let us help.  We'll provide you with statistics that matter, crunch the numbers, and even help you ask the right questions, when it comes to finding the most qualified salesperson for you.

Upper East Side in the 70's, New York ($8M)

While there are a large number of incredibly qualified brokers that service this area, we were able to pick out a few with an outstanding record of servicing this price point.  31 year vet, Thomas Wexler (Corcoran), along with Hilary Landis (Corcoran) and Lauren Muss (Douglas Elliman) are all heavy hitters that lead the pack.

Lower East Side, New York ($1.1M)

Jacob Goldman (LoHo Realty), Neal Young (Halstead) and Ariel Tirosh (Douglas Elliman) are the clear front-runners down here. Million Dollar Listings' star Ryan Serhant (Nest Seekers) also made an appearance in our search results, as well.

Central Park West in the 80's, New York ($5.5M)

Stribling has strong representation here with both  Alison Black and Alexa Lambert taking down the one and two spots.

Morningside Heights, New York ($650K)

At the $650K price point, it was Allan Aciman (Belmarc) and Jeffrey Edelson (Corcoran).  Fun facts: Alan speaks French and Italian and Jeffrey loves skiing, hiking and film.
